Cridenza selects their team members according to it’s Client’s requirements and also offer to interview each potential member of their remote team to make sure we’ve onboarded the best fit. We set up a team sync with our clients on weekly / bi-weekly to discuss the team progress or any other issues.

We send daily work updates via email / slack or any preferred channel by our clients. Weekly Progress, KPI & QA reports are sent to clients every week. We follow these strictly to ensure full transparency.

Stability

To ensure stability we sign an agreement with strict contractual terms. If someone from your remote team leaves, we provide you with the best suit replacement. For such cases, Cridenza signs a Non-Disclosure Agreement and in our turn, we sign such an agreement with each and everyone involved in your project.
